Portable gas analysers
Lancom 4 is a complete portable flue gas analysis solution. Integrated into a compact battery-powered unit, it can measure up to eight gases simultaneously with nine separate sensors.
Simple to set up and easy to operate, Lancom 4 enables highly accurate spot and semi-continuous gas testing, adaptable to a wide variety of applications – ensuring your plant maintains full compliance with safety and emissions requirements. It can monitor CO, NO, NO², NOx, SO², O², CO², CxHy and H2S.
Portable FID analysers
Our racked, table-top, portable and panel-mounted flame ionisation detection (FID) analysers measure TOC, VOCs, UHC, CxHy, hydrocarbons and general organic vapours. Applications include environmental emissions monitoring, thermal oxidiser performance, paint shop, vehicle emissions, shed chamber (VDE 276) and LEL safety measurements. FID is the standard reference method for quantifying organic vapour concentration. An internal heat-cleaning cycle option is available to avoid problems with tar and lignin condensation in biomass applications.
Compact CEMS
Our compact CEM system is a complete analyser, offering integrated CO, NOx and O² sampling and conditioning. It’s perfect for small process operators looking to install MCERTS-compliant gas analysers in tight spaces. Additional features include an autocalibration package, combustion efficiency calculations and total NOx calculations.
Industrial CEMS
Our multigas in-situ or extractive NDIR hot and wet gas analyser is suitable for measuring CO, CO², H2O, NO, NO², NOx, SO², CH⁴ and HCl levels. It’s MCERTS-approved for key combustion control parameters and is suitable for extremely harsh operating environments. GCEM systems are designed to operate with minimal user intervention and provide unparalleled longevity.
Portable mass spectrometer
Our semi-portable 100 AMU or 200 AMU QMS mass spectrometer is available with a single or dual membrane inlet, electron bombardment ion source and configurable PC software. It can run in scanning or quantitative mode. Applications include critical component identification, detection and quantification.
