Sample lines

Heated regulated lines

Quality of construction is the key to long-lasting, high performing heated sample lines. Even temperature distribution along the entire length of the line and any connections is vital so that the function can be assured. Maintaining temperatures of typically 180degC or above requires attention to detail that can get overlooked with general purpose lines, so we only supply lines with high quality temperature elements, consistent heating distribution, increased density of insulation, and options to reduce power consumption.

Heated regulated lines

All of our heated regulated lines are made to order for the customer’s specified length. We consider a long list of options to make usability an equal priority to reliability. We make no apologies for taking the time and care over what may be considered as a generic part of the system, as a poorly specified line may jeopardise an entire measurement system.

Items to consider:

Sample tube material and dimensions

Calibration gas tubes

Power cables running through the line

Electrical connections

Strain relief

Outer sheath material (braided, corrugated PA, silicone, metal braided)
