Gas Analysers
19" rack CEMs
Integrated sensors, sampling, conditioning, and flow control in a single wall-mpuntabl cabinet. MCERTS approved for essential requirements.
CO, CO2, O2, H2O, N2O, NO, NO2, NOx, SO2, TOC, CxHy are typically measured components.
19" rack analysers
The raw analysers which make up the sensing component of CEMS. The 19″ chassis is the universal standard for industrial instrumentation and can house NDIR, UV, electrochemical, FID and TDLAS benches. FPT works with innovative manufacturers of 19″ rack analysers and can look at the whole of the market to select the optimum solution for the application.
Overview
One example is the ENOX family from FER Strumenti.
The Wide-band infrared radiation is emitted from a high-stability, non-metallic source.
This radiation is passed alternately through a hole on which a cell (GFC) containing a high partial pressure of the gas to be measured is mounted, or a reference filter (SBDW) and a free hole.
An appropriate optical system directs the infrared radiation into the analysis chamber
and then to the detector, which alternately receives and amplifies the two signals
representing one the reference, the other the measurement. The gas concentration
is proportional to the difference between the two signals.
Any interferents present in the sample will vary both the measurement signal and the reference signal in the same way, so the measurement is not affected by them.
