Metals Casting and Processing
Multiple small-scale emissions points from different processes distributed around plant
Centrally manage data
Quickly identify emissions excursions
Expanable network according to load
Metals casting and processing plants can involve a number of different heating and forming processes on the same site. Emissions to atmosphere from these processes is generally regulated by Local Authorities and limits are set out in their Permit to Operate. The main concern is local release of particulate matter, which can come from a number of smaller individual processes, mitigated and managed by filter plant. Many plant operators are expert in their field of metals production, but cannot allocate resource for managing and reporting plant emissions.
Focal-NET networked particulate monitoring systems can provide and easy-to-use, multi-point system, with clear graphical user interface, locally workshop mounted, with capability of displaying data and reports via plant network. Coupled with on-site service and support, the headache of environmental compliance can easily be removed.
